Here at LJC HQ March means only one thing...SPRING! Aside from Christmas and all the wonderful comfort food and treats it brings, spring has to be one of our favourite seasons, purely based on the fact that most of the produce and flavours we enjoy baking with i.e strawberries, rhubarb and apricots are just perfect this time of year.
