Remember last week we had mentioned about a few projects that we'd been working on over the summer? Well... we're super excited to share one product that has finally made it's way into our LJC Etsy store.... Doughnut shaped Scottish tablet!
After Dunkin' Donuts closed it's UK doors back in 2002 (what were they thinking?) we just couldn't find any carb infested sweet snack that came anywhere close to DD (yes we're looking at you Krispy Kreme) After years of waiting for a DD return and realising it may/most likely never happen (or will it) we here at LJC decided to take things into our own hands and yes whilst we may not technically be making doughnuts as such we are certain that these little treats are almost as good as the real thing.
Each individual doughnut has been designed and created to reflect our personal favourites, from original glaze to chocolate frosted sprinkles, there's something for everyone....
